We are glad to announce that the 5th international Symposium, New Issues in Teacher Education will be held on August 29 – 31, 2017 at the University of Gdansk in Gdańsk, Poland. The symposium, which is organized by the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Gdansk, is also supported by the “Journal of Teacher Education and Educators”.

The purpose of ISNITE – International Symposium, New Issues on Teacher Education –  is to promote high level interaction between researchers, teacher educators and teachers.

We strongly believe that ISNITE 2017 will provide opportunity for the participants to follow the latest developments on teacher education and enable the possibilities that can lead the future studies in this field. The main theme of the symposium for this year is “Teachers as the agents of change”.

Our huge and modern campus, scenery of a 1000-year-old city and beautiful summer weather offer a great venue for speeches and discussions about the recent topics in teacher education, paper presentations and international networking.
