the potentials of aestehtic and so-called cultural learning with the respect to teacher education
the impact of asthetic experiences to the attitude of future teachers and their beliefs
Concerning the relationship of Arts Education / Arts Based Learning and school development respectively opening of schools

theory of aesthetic learning and education (Duncker, Meyer-Drawe, Rittelmeyer, Liebau), learning by doing (Dewey), learning through the body (Bourdieu, Klinge)
The poster presents the setting of arts based studies in teacher education at the University of Bochum. The studies include theoretical introductions, lectures, aesthetical practise and field reseach in educational and cultural facilities.
Research refers to map methods and beliefs of artists, esp. dancers in schools comparing to teachers of physical education
