23 SES 11 B, Perception and Use of Evaluation and Assessment: School Level
Paper Session
Contribution
A large number of enquiries, polarized on the higher education, put forward a process of convergence of the current reforms in the European scale. In a sector of public action where prevails in theory the principle of subsidiarity, can we however assert frankly that France aligns itself with supranational orientations? From the external example of school assessment, we shall bring to light powerful professional intermediations which weigh for a new translation of polity in context, when they do not neutralize simply the decision-making.
